Preheat oven to 400°F |

Line muffin pan with paper muffin cups. |

Sift first 4 ingredients together. |

Lightly stir in egg, butter, milk and yogurt or sour cream until just moistened. |

Fold in chocolate chips. |

Fill paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full. |

Bake for approximately 20 minutes. |
| 8. |
For muffin tops (special pan) use the middle rack of your oven and bake 15 minutes. |
