Weave stuffed strips at an angle over a finished lining to create a delightful tote bag. Bag has four inside pockets. Consider using one color or shade (dark or light) for the 14 strips angled in one direction and another for the 14 strips angled in the other direction. Also consider doing each strip in a different color.
